I used this kennel many times and had no problems - until summer of 2011. They must have changed ownership because they are quite DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL now. First, I made sure what the price was *BEFORE* I dropped off my 2 cats for a week. When I went to pick them up, they denied the price that was given to me and made me pay $100 for getting my cats. Second, one of my cats was quite disturbed when I got him home – shaking a lot, pulling at his matted fur, had lot about 2 lbs in the week he was there, and there was small insect like things in/around his ears. He was also scared of me – a way he never acted before. He had been at the kennel before so I was surprised when he was acting like this. When I contacted the owner to asked what happened, she said that “the cats received the best care” and that my vet and I were lying about his conditions and weight loss. She did not take any responsibility for the welfare of the cat or even apologized. *NOT RECOMMENDED.*
