This Doctor performs Insurance, fraud, you don;t see him for 3 to 6 months, Instead you see one of the two scretary's, who takes you into a room and asks ten questions, gives, you your re-fills, and charges your insurance Co. A level four, Also I didnot have a co-pay, put it was office policy to pay Twenty Dollars. This is why insurance is so high because of Doctor like this. Also when I started asking too many question about insurance fees, His scretary, said he was no longer taking care of patient's with chronic pain, I know this is not true.
