One stylist in particular won't listen to a thing you say.
I can only speak of my experience with Caroline, a hairdresser at Macarena. The first few visits, she took care of me and cut/styled my hair as requested. Then on about the 4th visit, it's like a whole different personality took over and every visit now, she cuts/styles/colors your hair however SHE wants and then tries to talk you into liking it even though it wasn't what was requested. I stopped going to her and am shopping for a new hairdresser.

Macarena Hair Care Salon is fabulous!
What you won't find stepping into Macarena Hair Salon, is a spa or new fangled equipment. Instead what you step into is a pleasant, warm inviting salon with such lovely ladies. So friendly this place is. It's almost like stepping back into a Movie like Steal Magnolias. The cute little beauty shop where all the women talk while tending to hair.
