Worst Dr. visit ever!. Two hours waiting, unprofessional, rude, do not care about patients, work like a factory, and if this is not enough, wrong billing. Two months and more than 30 calls trying to solve a billing error. They understand and agree, but do not have time to process the refund.

My visit to Dr. Kendall’s clinic (I hesitate to consider her a doctor) was the worst experience I have had with a medical provider. I should have realized that I called for an appointment and was told it was not necessary - just come that there would be a problem. I was surprised but I went early in the morning. I arrived when the clinic was opening and there were already 30 people waiting. From that point I waited 2 ½ hours and observed a disorganized mess. Once they called me in to see Dr. Kendall, she did not even ask me why I came. She looked at me and said that I need to have my face treated and she pulled a blow torch and started blowing something painful on my hands and my face. The entire visit was approximately 20 seconds. As the nurse was pushing me out of the doors I barely had time to shout what I came for. Another nurse showed me to a corner of the hallway and told me to sit under some kind of blue light. I had no idea what it was for. Meanwhile another nurse gave me a prescription with a suggestion that I should purchase some additional medications from them. I declined and she left me there sitting in the corner even after the “mystery light” turned off. During the “mystery light” treatment I could hear the constant screams of Dr. Kendall at her stuff, patients sitting everywhere, including in supply closets, hallways and examination rooms. The patients were treated like cattle ready for slaughter. The doctor showed absolutely no interest caring for her patients only to hoard them in and out and sell them “snake oils” over her counter. If you have unlimited time to waste sitting or standing for hours in this pseudo medical waiting area, be treated like an untouchable and be ripped off this is a place for you. Otherwise go somewhere else. I have already made complaint with my medical insurance company; next will be with the American Board of Dermatology and the AMA.

Stay away. Read other reviews. She left me with a terrible scar after removing a skin tag. When you visit her office, it is unorganized and she is constantly screaming at her staff. Wish I had read comments on other sites before letting her touch me.
