Stay way away from this company!!! My BBB claim was never responded to, filed with the Ohio Atty General, and filed dispute with my CC company. Poor service, only 3 people seem to exist in the office, the owner can't even be reached by his salesman, if hes telling the truth. Lack luster attitude overall, the attitude of the girls that answer the phone suggests that they get lots of unhappy customers regularly. The salesman Steve slipped up and thought a current charge back on his desk was from me because he said the amount was the same as mine. He's obviously over run with complaints, and charge backs. They hold an F score on the BBB site.....
