BAD SERVICE....PAINTS LIKE THEY HAVE PARKINSONS 1111

I went into the salon for a simple polis change, after he was done i looked down and it looked as if my 8yr old daughter had painted my toenails! i was upset and asked why my polish looked so sloppy and i was told in order for the polish...
