Simply...Amazing

Lucky Dry Cleaners has absolutely the nicest and most professional staff that I've dealt with when it comes to Dry Cleaners and I dry clean everything! A very family oriented place, with a Mother and Son who run it and greet you by name every time you walk in the door! Stains never seem to be a problem with them and the best part is that I don't have to go through my cleaning and point them out. On top of that...it's the only place I'll get my tailoring done! Anything from suits. to my favorite jeans. All in all....Very Highly Recommended!

DO NOT USE - Overcharged, Did Not Properly Clean, Bad Customer Service

I took two nice coats (one had a spilt drink on it) in for cleaning and felt they were in good hands. The counter worker marked all stains with tape and she even asked specifically was spilled on my coat. They did not give me a quote beforehand which was a mistake on my part.

I picked up my coats two days later. At the counter I looked under the plastic and the stains were still there. To make matters worse the owner was behind the counter with the clerk and they had no intention of telling me they failed to properly clean the coat and ruined the buttons by not properly covering them. They then told me my bill was $42 for TWO COATS! The other coat didn't look clean either.

I was upset and could not believe they did not even offer a refund or to clean the coats again. I took the coats home and was able to remove the stains MYSELF with laundry detergent and water! They did not do anything and didn't care as long as they got there money. The owner just watched from behind the counter and did nothing. Do NOT USE This Place - they will rip you off.

Best in Santa Monica!

I bounced around from cleaner to cleaner for years before a friend recommended Lucky. I've been using them for 7 years now. The guy that does the cleaning on-site is awesome. My business suits are all very expensive and wouldn't trust them with anyone else. They also do the same great job with general laundry. The best cleaners i've ever been to.
