Worst customer service EVER!! They are so rude. I asked to speak to the manager and the Rep denied my request. The manager comes in only on wednesdays. What a joke! They really need to train the reps in the Corporate office.

You get what you pay for
LR is super cheap ($20/month), so that's pretty great. I managed to lose weight, but it wasn't really thanks to any of the staff!Worldwide > United States > New York, NY > Gyms and Fitness
