Super friendly & Extremely Helpful :)
The staff at Lotus Bridal is incredibly kind and super friendly. When I was looking for the dress for my wedding in NY, Wendy, one of the owners, was super helpful and patient in helping me find it. She was very nice and and was able to work within my budget so that I can look amazing on my wedding day. Everyone complimented on my Maggie Sottero dress at the wedding.

All the girls at lotus bridal are amazingly nice and accommodating - especially Wendy! I went there back in Sept 09 just to look but ended up buying my dream dress. Wendy was extremely friendly and helped me as I put on tons of dresses without ever giving me any attitude about it. This place was so nice that we went back and I had my husband rent his tux from them also. His tux and my dress came in without any problems and everything worked out great. Even after my wedding, Wendy was still very helpful in helping me find a place that could preserve my dress. I would recommend Lotus Bridal to everyone!

Got my dress, finally! Best shop to visit...
After days of searching for the perfect wedding dress, I eventually ended up at Lotus Bridal. The shopmasters, Katie and Wendy, are such sweethearts. They were so helpful and knew exactly what looked best for my body. The dresses were far more affordable than any other bridal shops I've been to in Manhattan. It has a small upscale boutique feel but every one of the dresses there were gorgeous.

Fantastic Customer Service and Amazing Gown Selection
I was recommended by a friend who purchased her gown and her bridesmaid dresses here last year. I'm getting married next year and Lotus Bridal was one of the many shops I visited in search of my perfect gown. These sales girls were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly...unlike places like Lestans! This store is so laidback and comfortable. My bridesmaids treated the place like home and didn't want to leave! Their dress selection is very diverse and prices were mostly within my budget (under $2,000). Overall, fantastic customer service, no pushy sales people, great prices and the best selection of gowns I've seen. I have narrowed down my gown to either a Sonia Cholette or a San Patrick ...wish me luck!!!

Like, oh my God, I got my gown from here, and it is like way cool. Katie and Wendy are so hip and cool. They helped me find the gown of my dreams. You know, like Asian people are really tiny so like all of the dresses are like mad tiny like sized 4-6 so I really lucked out, you know like being Chinese!!!! Oh my God, this dress is like way awesome because it fits my slight frame, and I feel so snug in it. The dresses are so petite and gorgeous, I feel like a little princess in it. Wendy was sooooo nice, She made me feel at home. It just is so bad that it's so far away in Brooklyn, that's all. Otherwise, awesome shop, you guys, you should definitely go. I am sooo happy, like Wendy helped me try on my tiara and veil and she like told me that I look like so pretty. That touched my heart. Wendy I love you, girl!!! You da bomb!!! Bottom line, like go to this shop. It is maaaad special!!!!!!!!

Great Customer Service
I loved Lotus Bridal. The sales people were so friendly and patient. I tried on more than 20 gowns and took over 2 hours to decide which dress I wanted-(since they are all so beautiful), but never did they make me feel like I was being a pain and rush me. Her attention was solely on me and helping me find the perfect dress. I recommend this shop to any bride. There is no reason to go to Kleinfelds or some other overly priced bridal salon when you can get dresses that are just as beautiful or even more beautiful at a much cheaper price. I can't wait to go back and look for my bridesmaid dresses.

Great customer service
I got my wedding dress and wedding shoes from Lotus Bridal. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable in terms of bridal wear. They have a good eye for which styles of dresses fit which body types. They were not pushy, and they did not try to shove the most expensive dresses in my face. The shop itself has a very inviting and comfortable feel.

Lotus Bridal is a life saver!
Lotus bridal saved my butt big time. In efforts to be economical in these times I took a risk and ordered my wedding gown and my bridesmaid dresses online for almost 30% less than what I was quoted in stores. The site was reputable with multiple reviews. When i received the dresses they were garbage! Turns out they replicated the Maggie Sottero gown even though the website said it was authentic and the bridesmaid dresses were coming apart at the seams and didn't fit correctly. I was devastated and started on a frantic search for the same gown and at that point I was willing to pay anything for it. I called several stores listed on the Maggie site and every one of them said it's too late for me to order it (my wedding was 3 months away) except for Lotus Bridal. They actually took down my number and said they would call the designer to see what options I had. About half an hour later Katie called me back and said they found the dress I was looking for in my size and will have it in the store in 4 weeks and the price was great too. I was so thrilled I could have kissed them. I also reordered the bridesmaid dresses through them especially since they gave me a great price because I ordered my wedding gown from them. Everything came in perfect like they said it would and my wedding turned out the way I have always dreamed. It's really nice to meet people who still go the extra mile and I believe in paying it forward. If you plan a visit to Lotus please let ladies know Meghan C. sent you. This review is well deserved. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!
I just want to say thank you to Katie and her staff who were so wonderful and personal. I called last minute while i was at another bridal store who lied about having the wedding dress I wanted, Katie told me to come right over she had the dress and she would fit me in without and appointment. I fit the dress and it was amazing, ordered it right there and then I didn't even fit another dress that was the first and only one...it was made for me. They literally saved me since my wedding is 5 months away. They are so knowledgeable and understanding and willing to work with you and even gave me a discount for buying there. I can't say enough about the store! you feel like family.
