horrible, horrible customer service

two weeks before i was going out of town, i ordered a pair of shoes from lorisshoes . com. i bought them specifically for the trip and gave what i thought was plenty of time for them to get to me.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Ordered a pair of shoes online. Sent me a shoe 2 sizes larger than what I ordered. After I contacted them, they told me that the new pair would go out UPS 2 Day AFTER I returned the wrong pair to the UPS...
