I have used Conroe Veterinary Clinic for over 12 years but lately the front desk people were rude or uncaring. I will find a new vet.No longer satisfied

We used this vet for a long time, but recently changed to another vet. The vets there used to care, but now it seems like they're phoning it in. If you take your pet to them with anything unusual, it seems to stump them. The really bad thing is that they won't try to figure out what's wrong. Instead, they'll just tell you the only thing they can do is send your pet to A&M for further study, but it'll cost you a lot of money. We found another vet who really seemed to care and did her best to find out what was wrong with our dog, and she did! He's now a happy, healthy guy and we have our old pet back.Great Vet
I have used this vet for years and when ever we have needed help or had an emergency, they have been right there and offering lower cost solutions when I could not afford certain servicesUnfortunately , this is so TRUE
I have used this clinic for 20+ years, and refered many clients as well.Recently, two experiences were unsatisfactory.I was very unhappy with the professonalism and the experience of the new vet I used there.I felt like they just don't care . After numerous visits, alot of money, unnessesary medication, sloppy X-rays,slow lab results,My animal still wasn't diagnosed, instead suggested to go to A&M.I'm sure if it was a simple visit : vaccinations, deworming, heart worm check, weight, and temp...this clinic would do fine. But a person should not be charged an outrageous price for repeat visits, no diagnosis ,then referred to A&M. Sorry, Go somewhere ELSE.No longer satisfied
I have also used this clinic for over 20 years. However, I am also changing to another vet. It used to be that the staff was friendly and experienced, and the same faces were there for a long time. No longer the case; I never see the same office workers twice, and they all seem like they could care less about long term customers. It has gotten very, very difficult to get an appointment. This is probably due to their admittedly reasonable prices. However, except for the older two vets and Dr. Scott, the vets really don't seem to know much. I took my dog for a complicated problem, and the young vet who saw my pet had no idea what to do. I had researched the problem online, and so I knew what questions I should be asking, but she didn't have the answers. She finally said that I knew more about this problem than she did. I know they are a teaching hospital, but if she was a vet student, she should have gotten a more experienced vet to help her. Finally, I took one of my rescue dMS
