Worst Cleaners Ever. Period.
I had my laundry done here several times and it is terrible. The folding was incredibly sloppy, which made them too wrinkled to wear. He closed the shop for (I am not exaggerating) 5 whole days to watch the World Cup! He just disappeared one day, leaving a ridiculous, rambling sign on the door; he was obviously very excited and feeling flowery when he wrote it. I like how I brought my clothes in the day before, and he didn't tell me it would be a week before I could pick them up - surprise! Now I love soccer too, but what the heck. Once my clothes weren't just wrinkled, but also smelled of mildew and had to be redone. After they were redone and unsatisfactory, the response of the owner was to scream in broken english at me that he did not care if they were wrinkled. Instead of a refund or even (gasp) an apology for the mangled clothes sitting in front of him, he was bitter and indignant. Not recommended at all! There are plenty of cleaners on this block; do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Ruined My shirt
This place is absolutely not recommended. They ruined my dress shirt (it looked like bleach spots) and would give my money back. The guy at the counter also who once told me he was the manager revoked on his words when I asked for store credit in the price of the shirt, saying that he needed to wait to for his manager who not in that day. Still no resolution! No money back, no store credit, all I got was a ruined shirt.

Lois ruined my shirts and blamed me
I've used this place a few times due to their proximity to my home. During my last round of dry cleaning, two shirts came back with significant stains (ie, the shirt-ruining variety). I brought them back and asked if they could try to re-clean them to tackle the stains. They implied that the stains must have been caused by me, despite the fact that shirts were not worn since cleaning and even had their cleaning tags still on them (and the fact that the stains were absolutely not there before cleaning). They told me there was no way they could have stained my shirts, and they flat out refused to try to remove the stains without me paying again for a cleaning. I left and brought the shirts to another neighborhood cleaners, and they did a free "stain removal test" on the shirts before accepting them for dry cleaning. Needless to say, the new place will have my family's business and I will never visit Lois cleaners again.

WORST AVOID AVOID AVOID
NO JOKE: this place delivered my laundry with FECES all over the bag, which got all over my clothes and my apartment. When I went in there with the bag (with feces all over it) the manager said that the delivery guy said he never put it down, and thus it couldn't have come from the bag, AND, claimed that the delivery guy (whom I gave a $3 tip mind you) has "no reason to lie." I asked him if he thought I put the feces on the bag myself. He said he didn't know. He refused to take responsibility and called me a liar. He asked me if he could come over and search through my garbage to corroborate my story. THE NERVE. You will be totally up the creek without a paddle if anything happens to your stuff here.
