Clean Icy Fun!
WHOOA We had so much fun! I prefer my own skates but my friend was from out of town and had to rent hers, and she said they worked out fine. It was like old times!

I'm not a sports bar type of girl at all, but I got talked into meeting some college friends who were in town visiting at Stanley's Sports Bar. I can't even remember the last time I was in a sports bar, but this one fit the image in my mind. Crowded, noisy, bad food, bad service. Bleh! It was nice visiting with my friends, but I had had enough after one hour in that hell-hole.

SJ Sharks fans
This place is one of the best places to go to watch a SJ Sharks game. Food was ok, but we got simple snack stuff. Prices are pretty reasonable, but this place is nice and big with flat screens all around to watch games on. Can get pretty crowded and loud, especially when the Sharks are playing!

THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD
When I visited the place, I was told that there was not a lunch menu. I took a seat and observed the table next to mine gets served. I requested a drink and was given a dirty possibly used straw for my drink. I order food waited 1 hour later and was given the something different. The staff then gave the table next to mine my original order then told me that they had run out of potato skins, which was my appetizer. I asked for a refund and waited 20 minutes for that. I then observed the table next to mine get far superior service. I just got the wrong order, the wrong meal, a used straw and a I observed my appetizer get eaten in front of by my customers whom did not finish eating it what a waste.

This place is relatively new, this is not a place for fine dining (maybe sometime in the future) but definitely not now. Bring your buddies, chums, whatever and enjoy a game obviously hockey is the choice for most Stanley-Bar-Goers.Worldwide > United States > San Jose, CA > Party & Event Planning
