Watch out for this complex!!! This is the 2nd year now that they want to charge an existing resident who has always paid their rent on time $60 a month more for the same unit that they are renting to new tenants for $539 and I'm being forced to pay $595.I and a neighbor both just came up for renewal she signed you lease for $539 and I'm told $595. This is UNFAIR AND INJUST!!!!! I would recommend passing on this property!!!!!! Office staff also allow one tenant to have a grill and tells another they aren't allowed. There are more examples of their shady dealing if you'd like to know more email me!!!!!!!
