My idea of a great night out on the town is incredible live music, comfortable seating, and good drink specials. I have been able to find this on a consistent basis at The Living Room. The Living Room always has great beer on tap,...favorite hang out on ANY night
It's a Monday night and you have no idea where to go? Go to the Living Room on the Lower East Side. It's guaranteed to have awesome bands playing every night with drinks at a chill, cozy bar. I've loved coming to the Living Room for two years now and I'm never disappointed. There are always really fun and unique people to chat with at the bar, and the staff is always friendly. DEF recommend coming here!!Great place on Ludlow
The Living Room is the my fave place on Ludlow to hang out. Pianos isn't so bad, just the guys that hangout there are kinda pushy. I'd really prefer The Living Room because it's low key. I like that you can talk with your friends and not have to deal with annoying people. The staff is super friendly. I wish I lived closer so that I can be a regular.Best music venue out there
Really cool music, a low key atmosphere, two floors for performances and a Photobooth! The Living Room is the place to go on the lower east side. A friend of mine told me about it, so I went to go check it out and since then I've fallen in love with the place.Warm and Welcoming
Everything about the living room is warm and welcoming. The people there are hearty, down to earth, and genuinely unassuming. The artists I've seen there have always been captivating. The low stage makes it super intimate too. The cute waitress that worked there on Thursday night didn't hurt either.New York's best venue
The Living Room's atmosphere is homey and very comfortable. The low stage gives off an intimate feeling, which I personally loved. The staff was awesome and their photo booth helped me remember (most of) my night. I would definitely go back. Finally found Folk 'n' Bluegrass
I finally found a place in NYC where I can feel like a kid a little bit. Some of the acts that blow through this place remind me of some of the tunes my Dad and his friends used to play at family bbqs. I grew up on bluegrass music, and when they get it here, they got it HERE. The bartenders even make a sweet tea fire fly vodka sour. If anything could have made my favorite drink better, it was sour mix. Absolutely brilliant crafty bartenders doing what's best: being innovative.Best Place for Live Music
The music is always amazing here! I can't say there's ever been a time when I've been disappointed with the live music at The Living Room. It's small and intimate so you can always see the performers and hear the music without having to squeeze through a crowd to reach the front. The acoustics in the room are phenomenal. Definitely one of my favorite spots in NYC to go have a few drinks and listen to some heartwarming tunes.Worldwide > United States > New York, NY > Antiques
