A full-service Medical Spa
A truly amazing place. I went in for a consultation on laser hair removal and Botox. What I recieved was full information regarding the procedures, and then some. With the integrative approach, the practioners (MD's and professionals) there informed me about all the possibilities to maximize my result.Very professional, great results
I went to the thrive spa on the recommendation of a friend. Since my first visit, I have been back three times. The esthetician Jessica, is so sweet and professional, and she does a great microderm. I also had a Botox treatment by Dr. Summers about two months ago that was terrific.I was treated well by a caring staff
I have actually been to Thrive several times. I originally heard aboout it through a friend. I've gone there several times for microderms and peels. I have seen several different estheticians; Jessica and Kurina and they have all been wonderful. Once I had a question about some small veins on my face, the esthetician called in the physician (dr. Summers) and the three of us discussed what would be the proper treatment. All this for a $50.00 microderm tx!There to treat, not sell
Focus is on holistic treatment, not on selling services as has been my experience with other laser hair removal places. Jessi was personable and genuinely caring. I trust her completely. Wow, what a difference! I'll never go anywhere else.First class service
I have been to several, what are called "medical spa's" over the past year or so. This is the first one that truly lives up to that name. I went there originally for a Pretty in Pink promotion, and have been back several times since. They have this integrative component that provides many services. I have been to their esthetician Jessica. She has helped me with my skin in many ways. I have also seen on of the doctors there, Doctor Summers for my spider veins, which are now gone. Overall a very pleasent, professional experianceExcellent Service
There is a disconnect between the marketing aspect of Thrive and the service end of things. That's why the 4 stars, otherwise I'd give 5. The treatment is excellent; they are knowledgable, skilled, warm and friendly and professional. I can't praise them enough and highly recommend. Their marketing is a little deceptive though. I found Thrive when they advertised a special discount on a laser session. When I went for the appointment I was told it makes no sense to do one session and was sold a package. Classic bait and switch. I'm glad I bought the package though because it was a great experience. Another time I signed up for a discount price for a facial treatment. When I got there, I found it's only for half the face and you have to choose a half! Or if you like you can have the full face...at full price.still the questionable marketing
This is JB128, previous reviewer, but somehow I can't get my old account to work. Thrive is still at it. I see from reviews on other sites, they are still doing their one-time "trial" session offers only to have the customer find out one session makes no sense and they have to buy a full package. One reviewer (on yelp)I think) said they were just charged for a full several hundred dollar package without being told after they responded to an ad for a $39.99 trial session.Worldwide > United States > Chicago, IL > Beauty & Spas
