Lillians Overrated?
Hey Bruce...did they give you the cowbell when you went in there too?! I do agree with the fact that it is a charming little shop, and I have bought stuff from there before. So saying that, I don't think I will make a whole lot of purchases there in the future. I don't mean to rip on Lillian's, but their prices have gone up...and the quality has stayed the same. If I will be paying 50 bucks or so for a handbag, I may as well pay a little more for the real thing (not the knock off)...and it will actually last longer!

We tried to return it or have it fixed but all we received was a no returns on Clearance items We then asked if they could suggest someone to fix it for us and she looked at me with a blank face and said No, Then to top it off the necklace I bought broke... we have had the items for less than 3 months and we will NOT be going back. She had poor customer service skills and did not even offer us a 10% off coupon! Cheap junk and not a cheap price!

I love this store! I am always greeted at the door and there is always someone friendly to help me if needed. The shopping experience at this place is like no other!
