A pastor from this church recently harassed a close friend of mine while she was at work, calling her names I will not repeat and saying she was damned because of who she voted for in the elections. She did not engage him in any way, simply stating that she respected his opinion and did not want to pursue the topic. I understand that one member of the congregation does not represent the entire group, but this man was the pastor- the leader of this church. If I were you, I’d find a more friendly and accepting church than this one. No God would condone such hateful and blatantly harassing actions against an innocent girl.
