Terrible, the staff is very kind and considerate, but the onstaff head nurse wont listen to your complaints, and there doctor is a sports dr, he does not have a clue for senior care, when the staff saw a problem they cannot do anything...Worldwide > United States > Schaumburg, IL > Elder Care
