They will rip you off.
They sold my wife contacs and glasses that she did not need. The prescription is no good. THey are refusing to take anything back. Do not go here they will rip you off.

Great Place to Purchase Eyeglasses !!!!
I already had my eyeglasses prescription written but was looking for a place to purchase my lenses. I visited Lens Lab Express, among the ten or so places my friend and I shopped at, and this place was by far the best in both service and products. Naomi let my friend and I shop for eyeglasses ourselves for a few minutes and then helped us find frames that fit each of our faces perfectly. No other eyeglasses store in Steinway Street had customer service like lens Lab - it was exceptional. She brought us lenses and gave us her best advice on what looked good on each of our faces. She made eyeglass shopping less overwhelming and actually quite fun! She took her own set of glasses and let me try hers on! I ended up buying that frame! I got a discount for referring a friend.
