I have been going to Lee's Alterations to see Suki for YEARS. I recently got engaged and made an appointment with SUKI, when I arrived I did not see Suki, I went ahead and put on my dress and waiting- for a half an hour. When I finally asked what was going on- 2 women came in and were like okay, and my mom asked if Suki was not there yet or what. They tiptoed around the issues and eventually we got out of it that Suki is not there anymore. The woman said, I am the new Suki. This is FRAUD. She is claiming to be someone she isn't. On the sign outside it even says Alterations by Suki in the window. All the picture that are up inside are of SUKI's work, not this new woman. I wasn't about to let some woman I didn't know touch my wedding dress so we left. I am so mad. I made an appointment WITH SUKI and they said okay, this is FRAUD and NO ONE SHOULD GO THERE.

They really do a good job on jeans and dresses. Once there was a time where I brought a dress to the store. This was a very important dress that needed a good fix up. The owners said that they would try their best to fix the dress. When I picked up the dress, the dress was perfect and exactly the way I wanted it. They even dry cleaned it for service. I highly recommend this alteration shop to the people in the area of Franklin. This alteration shop is the BEST!!!! I will always go there for my alteration needs.

Horrible service Rude Alterations lady
I brought a bridesmaid's dress in to have it lengthened, shorten the straps and add bra cups inside. When I picked it up, a strap was missing and the beautiful bow that was on the back, was now put on the front. I asked where the strap was and what I can only assume is the owner said that she didn't know. Surprisingly I didn't receive even a mention of an apology, but she asked me to bring in the bridesmaid and another matching dress to fix her problem. After driving around town to pick her up and the dress from my mother's house, I arrived back. I politely asked if there was any way if she could refund the money I paid to shorten the straps since she lost one of them. She flipped out. She said she never touched the straps and that I lost it. I asked her, then, why did I pay for the straps to be shortened. She started yelling at me about how long it took to fix the dress and how she lost money on the project (even though she was the one that set the price up herself and the cost was the same as the actual dress cost from David's Bridal). She told me that I was being mean and unfair asking for money back and that I should be grateful that she completed the project at all. Appalled, I told her that yelling at a customer is certainly not nice nor professional in the slightest. A tall, blonde woman managed to pull her out of the room and was very nice yet somehow unphased by this bizarre behavior. I'm sure she has had to deal with this angry woman's temper before. I walked out of the store and the owner leered at me. Please don't allow these people to remain in business. Do NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!Worldwide > United States > Franklin, TN > Tailors-Seamstresses
