Dissapointed with result

Perhaps I just have poor luck with this particular dry cleaner. The first time I used them my shirt was returned with a missing button and the second time, my silk sweater was returned with a hole by the collar. I assumed the missing button was due to standard wear, but I did talk to the owner about the mysterious hole. The owner claimed that they could not possibly be at fault, but I am positive the sweater did not have a hole when I dropped it off and it did have a hole when I picked it up. I am a reasonable consumer and rarely complain, but this incident bothered me because the owner was not willing to take any action to correct the problem.

No stars if I could!!! Ruined my new husbands pants.

I've taken my dry-clean clothes to them exclusively.
The other day I noticed they had burned 3 pairs of my husband's pants (new Brooks Brothers pants).
They were burned on the outside of the belt loops, I showed them to one of the attendants and she agreed that it was most likely dry-clean damage.
The day after that conversation I received a call from Mr. Lee, the owner, and he claimed that the damage was done by my husband.
His claims were ridiculous because he initially claimed that it was damage from my husband's belt rubbing on the belt loop, I asked him how that would be possible since the damage was on the outside of the belt loop, so he then claimed that it was because of my husband scrubbing the pants against concrete. I told him that my husband works in an office so I find that hard to believe.
I asked him how we were to solve this situation and he claimed it was not his responsibility because the damage was not dry-clean related. He even went far enough to lie to me claiming that the pants were hung and steamed when they had always been pressed. When he knew that there was no way out he hung up on me. I even tried to get the clothes I took yesterday back from him but he refused to saying that they were already in the wash.
There are plenty of other cleaners around here so I would recommend you stay away from these cleaners. I WILL NEVER GO BACK MYSELF!!!!

LOST MY SWEATER - THEN REFUSED TO REIMBURSE!!

I dropped off my sweater for dry cleaning and then returned the following week to pick it up. When I returned I was told that they couldn't find it. They told me to return in another week and they were sure they could find it. I returned and.... they still couldn't find it!! After waiting over two months for it to "show up" - I contacted the owner, Mr. Lee, to request a refund. He refused to refund the price of my sweater. He said that he would give me a portion of the price of the sweater in dry cleaning creidt. No Thank You!! Would you want to drop off more clothes after they've already lost an item of clothing? I simply want to replace the sweater that they lost! It was only $50!! Please don't go to this cleaner - I feel like my sweater was stolen! In my mind they are thieves!! Don't support this unethical business!
