I have had purchase in this store a bedroom set and stove,day one bedroom set broken,store send one to fix it but it was even worse,I paid in cash over 1450dls,I would be trowing into the trash bin it...

UNsatisfactory furniture place
I have been to this furniture place one time and will not go back. Not only are they very high priced in everything they have but their sales people are so rude. They follow you around in the whole store and when they are helping you with something they take forever and right in the middle of helping you they help other people which takes even longer. Terrible service with high prices. I wouldn't recommed this furniture to anyone. I'm sure this Leaders store wasn't the only one that is like this so I won't be going back to any of the Leaders any time soon.

Leaders Centro Del Hogar = poor customer service
Stay clear from this place. They have thee worst customer services ever!! It took them 3x to deliver a very simple piece of furniture and still managed to deliver furniture incomplete. I'll NEVER EVER buy another thing from this store and I was planning to but, not after this experience. I must say the deliver company was always great to deal with unfortunately they're getting their orders from furniture store.

They take advantage of the lower income people. Give them credit, and charge w/ high interest rates. They should be audited! I agree w/ other postings.

Worst Furniture and Service anywhere!
After spending $7K on furniture the pieces were delivered cracked. The store only agreed to replace one piece then blamed me on the other broken piece!!!

The worst store ever.
I have been to this furniture place and bought things from there. I even bought the protection plan from them and now they don't wan to fix my furniture. What the hack is the protection plan for if they are not going to fix it. Not only that their sales people are so rude. They are helping you with something they take forever and right in the middle of helping you they help other people which takes even longer. Terrible service and bad management. The manager is even rude he yells on the phone when you try to talk to him, and he calls you a liar. I wouldn't recommend this furniture to anyone. After I pay for my things I will never go back there again. I'm going to make sure that all the people I know don't go there.
