from funky to fancy; the best collection
Le Foot Sportif offers a variety of sneakers, from every color of Chuck Taylors you can imagine, to the most comfortable and classy Rockports and Timberlands. And everything at an affordable price. The salespeople are all multi-lingual; a neccessity for the diverse shoppers that harvard square attracts. This shoe store will fit you, whatever your walk of life.

Terrible customer service, small selection
The sign advertized a sale, so i took a risk and went in. The young guy working there didn't acknowledge me, but kept chatting on the phone, loudly, about personal matters. Eventually he came over and brought me some shoes. And a HUGE amount of attitude. He clearly resented my presence, and expressed hostility and annoyance when I had a hard time finding shoes in my size (almost every pair in the store was on sale, but each pair had only a few sizes left). when I thanked him for my time and left, he silently glared at my like he wished I would die. I went home and found many of the shoes there in my size on e-bay... for half the supposed "sale" price at Le Foot Sportif.

customer service so bad you think you are on candid camera
sales person i dealt with today was totally lazy, arguably an a**hole. have had problems there before, but this takes the cake. just called to see if they could check the availability of a shoe in stock (the same one i buy there every spring) and the person working told me i should call back later and talk to his boss because there were too many to look through. (seriously?) when i gave him the size and style, he told me he didn't know what i was talking about because it was a wide shoe. if you work in a shoe store, you should'nt be mystified by shoes sizes. they come in length and width, its as simple as that. manager or owner needs to refine his hiring process. i'd rather mail order than go there ever again. its a shame because the buyer has a good eye, but its virtually a hazing proces to get to the shoes you want.Worldwide > United States > Cambridge, MA > Shoe Stores
