I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND to go to this RON KATERAEI Law Firm. They are unprofessional and unreliable. My mother adjustment of status for a green card got denied because this attorney fail to follow up with the case. He never forward any notice of action or requested documents that immigration needed pertaining the case. He urged for us to pay the fees upfront but he never delivered on the service. When I requested to get a copy of the file in order to go to another attorney. The office refused to give me any paperwork claiming they were in the process of turning paper applications into electronic files. I never received a copy of the file after numerous attempts. I even wrote them a letter requesting the file thinking that they would take the letter more seriously, but all attempts fail. We did Not even received a courtesy call or follow up thereafter. This company is a DISGRACE. My advice to potential clientS of this firm is to NEVER give the money upfront. Give half of the money until service have been rendered and always keep copy of your paperwork. Also, try to get a receipt that you have given half of the money for your own protection. There is an immigration number to call to find out the status of your case in case your attorney is not getting back to you: Even if you have lost your receipt number.
