Additionally, we consult with and advise aliens and their criminal defense attorneys to structure favorable pleas and structure criminal dispositions that will minimize or eliminate adverse immigration consequences of criminal convictions. We advise and represent companies and businesses on I-9 audits and compliance training. We also represent foreign companies involved international trade matters and arbitration at the United States Court of International Trade.
