Last Mile damaged many of my belongings and the owner now refuses to even take my calls much less file a claim to recover the damages. They say that they guarantee their work on their website but do not follow through. They go by several different business names so it is difficult to pinpoint them. The owner is unprofessional and frankly, a jerk. Would absolutely NOT recommend this company.

Do not use this guy, he is a crook. He came and surveyed my house two weeks before the move and gave an estimate of $1035-$1200. We ended up getting the house keys a day early so we decided to move as much stuff as we could before the movers arrived. We focused on delicates like kitchenware and electronics because that would take the most time for the movers to pack. We ended up moving 5 truck loads in a full-size SUV and 5 car loads in a sedan. The movers came and at the end it they charged us $1700 and there was absolutely no explanation. This guy is supposed to be a professional, how is it possible that he could survey the house before hand and give an estimate of $1035-$1200 and after we move 10 loads ourselves….the price ends up at $1700? It’s not possible. This guy is a scumbag and a crook.
