Chris treated us with respect and regardless that we looked like bums, he took us seriously. My husband was very impressed with that. Often time salespersons will judge you based on your appearance, which is a mistake. Buying a higher end car for the first time is a big commitment and a huge decision. After having purchased our car, we've kept in close contact with Chris and he's always been there to answer any questions or provide help in any way. That's what customer service is all about and what makes companies successful.
