Shocked at the staff and managers...don't go there

Jan of 2008 I purchased a factory rep used vehicle from this place....vehicle was 2007. Title still in Fords name. Still had factory warranty. At this time we just wanted to see if we liked this type of car....Lincoln. Spent 2 hours...
