WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!
I been a customer at this shell gas station for a long time & i never seen anyone talk to a customer as rude and disrespectful as the guy they have working as a cashier. on sunday i when to the gas station to buy some stuff i need I ask the cashier for a whole box of blunt he looked at me with a funny look & then he scream PASS YOUR CARD! i did but there machine didnt read my debit card & he scream again PASS YOUR CARD AGAIN RIGHT. All i did was ask him if it was gonna charge me twice cus i was gonna slide my debit card again. He started screaming DO YOU WANT THIS YES OR NO? YOU CAN LEAVE I DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS. i was really embarrassed everyone was looking at me so i just paid & got in my car. i try calling the manager but he answer & told me his the new manager so he wont get in trouble. im just writting this so maybe the owner of this gas station can read this & do something to fix his employee. i have to say the worst gas station i the block PEOPLE GO TO ARCO IS CHEAPPER & BETTER!!!Worldwide > United States > Los Angeles, CA > Gas & Service Stations
