If you like cheese sauce, you'll like La Parilla
I don't know what it is with all these Mexican restaurants using fake cheese sauce on everything-it's disgusting! La Parilla is a huge proponent of this. That being said, as long as you get something that either isn't drenched in cheese...

La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant is good
La Parrilla has excellent Mexican food and this location is quite convenient and is even a little hidden still so its not too busy like some of the other locations. Good food, good margaritas!

La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant has great food
We enjoyed the service and meal at La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant. We had enchiladas, rice, beans, chimichangas and chile rellenos and they were very good. The food was not too spicy, but that was what I enjoyed the most. The last review talked about them not being too busy, but they seemed to be very popular the night we went and they were still fast.

That being said, as long as you get something that either isn't drenched in cheese sauce or you request real, shredded cheese, their food is decent. I've been to this location quite a few time for beer and queso dip, but didn't really try their food until they opened a new location close to my home. The convenience factor is great if I want something Mexican flavored and don't care if it's authentic or not. But, I'm from the west coast and know good Mexican and unfortunately, I have yet to find it in GA.Worldwide > United States > Alpharetta, GA > Tex-Mex Restaurants
