extremely unprofessional
I went to La Mansion Furniture Store looking for the perfect table for a bedroom renovation we were involved in. I found what I thought to be the perfect piece and when I went to pay for it, I was rung up incorrectly. When I pointed out the error, I was told the error was mine and that I switched the price tags. I was dumbstruck at being accused of such a thing and demanded to talk to the manager. The person who rang up the purchase indicated he was the manager! I've never been treated so unprofessionally before and will make it a point to tell everyone in my professional and personal circles to avoid this store like the plague.
