HORRIBLE!! DO NOT JOIN

If I did not have to pay a lawyer I would file a law**** against this place. They post 7 day passes and when you try to use one, they refuse to let you use them. They discriminate against black people. I forgot the name of the moron who works in Bala Cynwyd but he is an a****** with no education.

Unprofessionalism at it's best.

Lately I've been bombarded with emails from LA Fitness askign me to rejoin... are you kidding me?
I had the worst experience I've ever had with a gym membership with LA Fitness due to a rude and unprofessional trainer that I was "paired” with by a "manager” that wished to hit on me rather than listen to complaints about his staff's behavior. This trainer verbally assaulted me - a paying member of not only the gym, but the personal training program, because apparently he was inconvenienced when I thought we were training at 7:00pm and not 7:30pm. This occurred in front of management, other staff members and gym members. I received no assistance from the management staff at all, even when I asked to speak with upper management or for a phone number to file a formal complaint about the employee. The trainer continued to harass me during gym visits until I had to ultimately leave the gym due to feeling uncomfortable and at risk since the gym had my personal information, including address.
I will never rejoin any LA Fitness, much less the Bala Cynwyd location where the issues occurred. Unprofessionalism at its best.

one of the best choices i MADE

This gym has sum of the best service u can think of. Staff rite there on hand waiting for u.The pool is wonderful. They have evey machine u can think of to help with every spot on the body. I would in fact i have told all my friends n family memebers about this great gym
