Just like a big box club.Nice and big and no customer service.Thet will take your money and forget about you.Typical of big box.If your not a workout enthuisiast,it's not the place for you.

Beware of their contracts and inexperienced employees.
Nice gym, but beware of ALL the hidden details in their contracts; both for fitness and for personal training. The vast majority of the trainers are inexperienced, and don't last longer than 4-5 months due to low pay. We purchased a 12-month personal training contract only to discover they continued to charge us after the 12 month contract had expired. Their qualified manager told us, "Oh, well, you have to come in and have one of our trainers cancel your terminated contract." (no joke)Worldwide > United States > Spring, TX > Gyms and Fitness
