Wow.
It's easy to miss this little Mexican place on Central Ave., but keep your eyes open for the happy little enchilada picture on the sign. It's really good. Very clean, friendly staff, and great enchiladas. To get a taste of most of them, try the enchiladas mixtas plate- 4 varieties served with carne asada. Also great guacamole and a variety of house-made salsas. Child-friendly.Wonderful authentic food
We discovered this restaurant by accident. It looks like a hole in the wall, but the food is absolutely delicious. And very fresh. I was surprised at how fresh the chicken is. The food is not drowned in tons of cheese like many other Mexican restaurants--instead the flavors of the food are able to come out.Not my favorite place
I ran in the other day for a lunch meeting with a client of mine. I will never go back. The only reason I felt like giving it 2 stars is out of hope they get it together.3 amigos
this restaurant is the best in charlotte you can the comments at yelp la casa de las enchiladas and u can compare with the others like la paz (not authentic mexican food) cantina etc you have 2 try the mole real authentic mexican!! i love this place and very cheap!!!!Fresh, authentic, delicious, inexpensive
My sister and I grew up in a heavily Mexican-influenced part of Metro Atlanta (Gwinnett County) and have suffered through one mediocre Charlotte Mexican joint after another since we each moved here four years ago. We were craving Mexican one night last weekend, and my Google Maps Droid app happened to list Three Amigos/ La Casa de las Enchiladas first. I read the reviews, and we dragged the boyfriends out to give it a shot.Hola Chica Guapa
Three Amigos is that hole in the wall, small business that you seek out when visiting a new city. The food is high quality and the margaritas are perfect tart, no pre made, high corn syrup mix here! The best Mexican food in Charlotte. Must try their guacamole and the queso with chorizo. No no it's past Loco Lime...just keep going a few more miles
If you would like the "Mex" without the "Tex"in front of it, then please try Three Amigos. I like to think more and more of the Plaza-Midwood, Chantilly folks are going a little further down Central Ave. these days because it is like a freaking international festival over there.Worldwide > United States > Charlotte, NC > Tex-Mex Restaurants
