Worst Mexican Food
I believe this place is only packed because of its location. Its in the middle of all the state buildings on 17th Ave and Van Buren. So of course state employees go there because its so close. If you go through the drive thru pray that...Worldwide > United States > Phoenix, AZ > Tex-Mex Restaurants
