i adore this place
i've always been helped by the same waiter, who is very friendly and gives you all the privacy you could ask for... best lunch deal in the city... best pizza in the whole world: la cabana (house) pizza, with an absurd amount of cheese and skirt steak and prosciutto and chorizo. MMM, i dream about this pizza... awesome skirt steak... it takes me a minimum of 30 minutes by subway and 15 minutes walking to get to (and from) this place, but it's more than worth it. i love the vibe in this place. lots of families. lots of people just here to eat. this place is my secret, shh.

Best Steak dinner
My neighbors told me how great the Cabana Steak and Pizza was and it lived up to my great expectations. I've taken many of my guests and family and they left so happier for the experience. Service is very nice, fast served to the table is bread, hot and delicious and it's all a great lead up to the main course. Last visit had the crab salad!! to start. Will order it again as it was true crab meat and plenty to share for two. go hungry, leave happy!!

Great Steaks
After visiting Argentina, I would say that La Cabaña Argentina offers the best steaks in the United States. Their steaks have the most flavor, cooked to perfection and the price is good for the amount of food. I moved out of the city five years ago, and came back recently, scared that this restaurant wouldn't be the same. I was happy to see that it is still one of the best steak houses in the city, and perhaps the country. This is the place to eat steaks in New York.
