Need more for the price
They really are a bit over rated. They do have a nice club house and pool area, but the apartments need to be updated. They are liveable.. Laundry area was nice and clean

DO not Live here
the staffs are rude and unprofessional. They threaten to tow my car because I haven't driven it in a while, eventhough it was registered and in working condition. They like to tell you how to live your life. There are a lot of vandalism. Packages keep getting stolen. Yea, theres a pool but they charged you 20 bucks for it.

REASON NOT RENEWING MY LEASE HAD A DOG CAGE OPENED ON PATIO SO PUPPY COULDN'T RUN AWAY OR GET HURT BY THE MANY STRAY CATS IN WOODS , nobody even lives behind me its all woods and wasn't even an eye sore or !! So point being as per La Bonne Vie was against policy to ENCLOSE patio LMAO with all repect does anyone know what ENCLOSED MEANS ? meaning screened in boarded up and enclosed from anyone, well this was a 2 foot high cage opend to stretch from pole to pole so puppy couldnt run away and get fresh air as me or daughters stood at doo

I highly recommend to look for another apartment complex to live in, these people do not care about anything but getting your money. My wife passed away from cancer when I lived there in 2009, when I had a trailer dropped off at the curb to move out my belongings, LaBonnVie said I was blocking the road...the trailer was only 5 feet wide, the same as a van width, they said it would be towed and ticketed at my expense...even though I had paid them a years rent in advance and a $3,500 security deposit as I did have a cat. These people will get there's one day...but don't let them get you...the place is in need of repair and they don't do much of anything except have the lawn maintence done weekly which was very very noisy.
