elegant and good service

I've been to nail shops in the past but this one truly stands out. This nail shop is very clean, and upscale looking (prices are very reasonable). I live 25 minutes away but would drive out here to get my nails done. The atmoshpere is serene which is a plus. I rated the other location but this is the one that I actually visit. Highly recommended!

Don't put yourself through this horror

Avoid going to this salon at all costs! I've been here 4 times now, and each time has been a rough expierience, to say the least. The last time I was there took the cake, though.

The first time I was there was to purchase a tanning package. I like this salon because you can pay by the visit, or buy a package of 10 visits instead of doing a monthly membership, which is perfect for me. Unfortunately, after only my 3rd tanning visit there they told me my membership (for 10 visits) had expired.

My second visit was to get my nails done. They recommended a shelack on my nails instead of acrylics to keep them looking natural and assured me they would last for 2-3 weeks. The very next day 2 of my nails had completely peeled off and when I went to have them fixed, they tried to charge me to have them all done again. <<< NOT happy. They wouldn't even remove the other 8 for me! I simply left to avoid a scene.

3rd visit - I came in to tan again and the lady was too busy talking to her co-workers to even get me signed in. Instead she had me search through a huge filing cabinet for my sign-in sheet. By the way, the cabinet is not alphebetized or organized whatsoever. I should have been in and out in 30 minutes but instead spent at least 20 looking for my piece of paper.

4th visit - Of course I go back because I had already paid for the tanning package, but, as aforementioned, they informed me that my package had expired. What?! expired?! I didn't buy a monthly membership, I bought a package of 10 visits. They refused to have any kind of conversation with me about the issue and rushed me out the door. So basically I spent $45 to go to the bed 3 times. What a rip-off.

Oh and unfortunately for them, I understand Vietnamese very well. You really don't want to know what they say about their customers. I have heard rotten things about both myself and others that have come in while I was there. Don't put yourself through this.
