Nice experience!!!
I always feel weird when i contact people who do these type of jobs as you never really know if you are being treated fairly. I have to say this company went above and beyond to help me out - were very professional and understanding of my emergency and were very fair in their pricing.

OMG! I can't believe this!
Could be that the key is just wedged somewhere in the seat, but I just can't find it anywhere! I mean I don't mind spending money on a key, but I'll be upset if I end up finding it during a good cleaning! Hopefully that doesn't happen until the shock of buying a new key is past lol!

It was chilly, raining.. but the coffee was good!
It is a good thing I had a dunkin' donuts to wait in while these guys came out to me. It wasn't exactly warm out when I discovered that my keys were missing in action. But it was all okay in the end. Got into the house, had them install new locks. Man, that turned out to be an expensive cup of coffee. But it was tasty.
