Professional
I found them to be excellent in Service. He was very informative offering to explain every thing he did prior to installation and after installation. He went the extra mile in checking our other locks in the hour to make certain that they were in proper working order. Additionally, he came to our home at the agreed upon time and called prior to coming. I will call them again and would recommend them to anyone who want a Professional Locksmith in every sense of the term "Professional".

Well, its better than no key at all!
All i kept thinking is that i know exactly where the keys are! They were in the cup holder in the rental in ALBERTA!!! Damn it.. But I called these guys and they did get me into the house. It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess being that when we had the locks installed, we installed the best ones that were available that it wouldn't be cheap to get into!
