Expectations met. (and they were good)
Well, I figured that it was time to replace the locks on the house after my son lost his keys. I called these guys after a friend of mine recommended them to me. When I called, they were happy to talk me through the pricing options. When the tech came by, he had changed all 6 locks in about 2 hours. The price was exactly what i would expect to have payed. Overall, I'm happy with the excellent service and the fact that my friend recommended them to me.

Great! locked out at midnight because my son wants a game from gamestop the second it comes out! Luckily these guys didn't keep me waiting too long. I just hate the idea that a 60 dollar game ends up costing me almost 120 bucks more than it should! But these guys came out and were as pleasant as they could be about the situation.
