Sometimes I sit there and think about why I didn't call these people earlier. My wife was nagging me for months about a lock that was sticking on the back door. I just kept lubricating the damn thin...

The Service was fantastic - he came over within an hour of the time i placed the call - re keyed all my locks so now I can have ONE key on me and people will stop calling me the janitor all the time.....

Can't complain about the prices...
I'm was infuriated when my daughter lost her keys last month. I had a super expensive lock with a really expensive key that cost me an arm and a leg. You could only imagine how happy I was when I lost my key after I spent money last month fixing her mistake! So here we are, another few hundred bucks later... And I now have new expensive keys. but at least these guys remembered me from last time and gave me a discount this time...
