1/2 (half) the price, twice the work!
IIl tell you, I called these guys that my brother in law recommended to me and they were completely awful! They were expensive and not very nice. I got frustrated when the locks they installed fell apart, so I called these people. I'm glad that I did. These guys came out to me in about an hour and fixed my locks. They also told me that I could have all of the locks in the house work with one key. So I had them do that for me. With all of the work done, it was still less than half of what these other guys charged.

I can definitely think of a few choice words that shouldn't be said in the heat of the moment when you realize that you've lost your keys. But I'm glad the people on the phone understand the fact that it is a frustrating experience. The girl on the phone was understanding and did a pretty good job calming me down.. It was all good though. I figure that the absolute least I can do is leave a positive feedback story. And so here it is..Worldwide > United States > Carrollton, TX > Hardware
