Great store, very clean and great staff
I have been shopping at this store for several years. Very good staff, very friendly, and the animals are very well cared for (obvious by how clean the cages are). Best reptile store in Southern California, by far. They have always been helpful to me and everyone I recommend to the shop! I have 6 different reptiles all from LLL. If you know your reptiles, then you will love this shop!

THE BEST REPTILE STORES IN SO CAL!
I saw one actual bad review on here and don't buy it at all. Living animals can always have issues, so I guess someone will complain about something, but LLLReptile (both stores) are AMAZING. I too have been going to BOTH stores for years. The employees are amazing (for the most part, the same staff for years which tells you something about the business!). They have everything and the animals are quite obviously well taken care of. They always answer all my questions. Just wanted to add my 2 cents, as they are a great business with great people!

Great store!
I've had nothing but good experiences at LLLReptile. The employees are knowledgeable about the animals and product, and are generally very helpful. They were more than willing to special order a product for me, then when I realized it was the wrong thing (the problem was on my end, not theirs), they took it back, no problem.

LLL Reptiles - Bad Quality Reptiles & Bad Service
This company should be ashamed. I have been to several shows where they present their larger reptiles cruelly housed in little deli cups. Go in to their store and see the quality of the reptiles which is obviously subpar. They are all about dumping volumes of reptiles at cheap prices. There are plenty of good places to buy reptiles and products both online and in stores but I would stay away from LLL. Lastly, I think their 1990 designed website is horrible but is clearly telling of their overall care and quality.

I bought a baby tortious for my daughters birthday and within a week the poor little guy got week and stopped moving so much. as I tried everything to nurse it it still dies two weeks later. The reason being the food and care LLL sold me and informed me was a choking hazard and he choked to death. they blamed the lights they sold me and offered me a new one at half price. well the price went from 119 which I paid to 189 and that was what I would get half off of. this is my fourth animal from them and I am now never going back again.

Stinky Customer Service
Really stinky customer service! I ordered crickets from this company and 95% of them arrived dead. They stated that since I did not sign for the package there was nothing they could do about it other than give me a discount on a future order. When i asked to discuss this matter with a supervisor she stated that I was lucky to get a future discount and that next time I should have them delivered to a business, or pick them up from a Fed Ex office. Now I am out of $30 and stuck with a box of dead crickets. Totally unacceptable customer service in my opinion. I am currently searching for another reptile supply vendor to do business with. Does anyone have any suggestions?
