Not worth the price
LA Rack has some really cute stuff but it's way more expensive than the quality dictates. You can get the same stuff at a more reasonable price at the Closet. Staff are borderline unfriendly.

L.A. Rack
A reasonably priced store on Garnet Ave. I found the cutest trenchcoat last season for $26!!! It looks like a feminine version of Inspector Gadget's jacket. Occasionally you will find something out of the ordinary for your existing wardrobe. this is one of four stores I shop at in PB.

L.A Rack has a bunch of cute clothes. I normally work my way to the back of the store, where they have their sale items because everything up front can get a bit pricey.
