LA Fitness Missouri City has problems
The club in Missouri City is poorly run. They can't keep the water fountains fixed. It takes them a month to hang an out of order sign on a broken fountain and another month to fix it. They keep the thermostat so high that you start sweating before your heart rate is up at all. A cost effective way of solving the problem would be to install ceiling fans over the aerobic machines but that suggestion has been ignored. When a machine breaks they have it fixed fairly fast but they are seldom completely repaired with some functions remainding unrepaired (calorie counters, etc.). Many of the towel dispensers (needed to wipe off the sweaty machines) are either broken or out of towels. The free weight bars are some times rusty (I guess from all the sweating). Most of the aerobic machines are out of date. Even the local YMCA has more up to date equipment (including a tv screen for each machine).
