La Boxing - A Good Way to Get In Shape
I had received a post card in the mail regarding this boxing gym. They are currently running a special where you can try for 90 days free. I went in and looked at the gym and talked to the trainers and I was totally impressed. I have been going for two weeks now and boy what a workout. They have boxing, kick bocking, MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I am tired when I am done, but I feel good. They also have daycare if you need it. The gym is very clean.
