Don't take King sized, dry clean only comforters to this cleaners!

This is the first time I have used this cleaner. I took my king sized comforter in to be "Dry Cleaned" and was told they could do this. When I picked the comforter up, it looked like it had been "laundered". I put it on my bed and found out it had shrunk! This tells me that my first instinct that it had been laundered was correct. It also did not have the strong dry clean chemical smell or the smooth pressed look common with "dry cleaned" items. I brought it to the attention of the women in the store and they looked at the tags and said it was dry cleaned because the tag said so!!!!! It is now too small to use and I am going to have to replace the whole set. All they said was I don't know what we can do other than try to clean again. Why would you think that cleaning it again would stretch it enough to now fit on my bed?????!!!!!! They offered no other solution or compensation. I would most definately NOT recommend this cleaner to anyone!

Worst cleaners in town by far. They lose your clothes and have no explanation and will give you no compensation or anything for them. You are just out of luck; and they don't even care.

I used this cleaners regularly - weekly and spent a great deal of money with them. Our family has many of our clothes dry cleaned on a regular basis. We had an express bag and when it got dropped off, they just charge your credit card. I picked my clothes up on Friday afternoon to take them out of town with me and noticed that one pair of my jeans that cost around $150.00 were not in the order. I called and they basically told me they gave me everything that was in the bag. When I got home I rechecked my closet and did not find the jeans that I was positive that I had put in the bag just to make sure they were not still at home. They were not. Also on a previous order that I picked up the time before there was a pair of men's pants in my order that were not mine or anyone in my family's. I took them back up there and gave them a description of my jeans that had been lost. They took my name and number and said they would call back in a day or so after they researched it. They never called so about a week later I returned back up there and inquired again. They said they had not found them but would check with the manager and call me back. She called the next day and told me that they had not found my jeans and since my clothes were dropped off in an express bag that their count was final and there was nothing they were going to do about my jeans. No compensation of any kind, no store credit, nothing. I therefore told her to close my express account because I would not be returning which she simply replied OKAY. I would not recommend this dry cleaners to anyone. They may be less expensive but at what cost. They are irresponsible and will do nothing about it if they lose (or steal) your clothes. Think twice before you use this cleaners. Not recommended!!!!!
