I went to see Stephen Kuykendall for a chiropractic evaluation after several days of severe back pain. The reason I chose him is because he was listed as an insurance-approved chiropractor in our Blue Cross/Blue Shield plan book. Unfortunately, after the exam, some kind of not-so-pleasant electric shock treatment, a ride on a rolling wave table, and x-rays, I was told that my insurance wasn't going to cover the visit after all, so he only charged me for the x-rays, which was pretty decent, although my spine was too contorted due to muscular contractions for him to do any adjustments anyway, so I limped home, $100 poorer and in no better shape than when I went. He could have been unsympathetic to my insurance coverage problem and charged me for everything, which surely would have been quite expensive, so I'm grateful he was nice.Worldwide > United States > Pasadena, TX > Chiropractors
